Planning for your mini session
Mini Sessions are a great way to get caught up on family pictures, but at a discounted price and for a shorter time. This seems to work great for younger kids (and dads).
You have scheduled a Mini Session for Saturday March 30th at the Lake Terrace Convention Center.
Sessions are back to back. This means, we need to start yours on time so you get your full 30 minutes. I suggest you leave earlier than you think and plan to be there at least 10 minutes early. It’s a little walk from your car to the shooting location, so plan accordingly. You may see me with another group. You can just hang out for a few minutes and I will come get you or wave to you when it's time to start yours.
When you drive into the Convention Center, park in the parking lot on the right side as close to the lake as you can. We will be shooting on the opposite side of the lake, so be sure to get there early because it is a good 5 minute walk!
You are welcome to bring any props you like! I have a little chair I bring but you are welcome to bring some things too. Suggestions are:
Special stuffed animal.
A chair that is special to your family. It could be an antique chair from your childhood.
Quilt/Blanket. You may have a blanket that is special to you that you would like to use.
The strongest suggestion I can make is to RELAX! Enjoy the process. It's a crazy day, but it can be a lot of fun! I am so excited to work with you and your family!
